1. Overview

BookMobile is a booking and payment platform operated by PIGENAI LLC that connects mobile service operators with their customers. By using BookMobile ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

BookMobile provides operators with a personal booking page, payment processing, booking management dashboard, and automated SMS notifications. Customers can book services, make payments, and receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Opt-in: SMS is strictly opt-in. When you make a booking, you must affirmatively check an unchecked "I agree to receive" consent checkbox displayed directly below the phone number field at Step 3 of the booking form. By providing your phone number AND checking this box, you agree to receive the following automated SMS messages from BookMobile:

  • Booking confirmation messages
  • Appointment reminder messages (sent ~24 hours before your appointment)
  • Reschedule confirmation messages (sent if your appointment time changes)

Message frequency: approximately 2 messages per booking (1 confirmation + 1 reminder).

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from BookMobile. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent page for full details.

4. Operator Accounts

  • Operators must provide accurate business information when creating an account.
  • Operators are responsible for the services they offer and for fulfilling bookings.
  • Operator subscriptions are billed monthly with a 7-day free trial. See our Pricing page for current plans.
  • Operators can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.

5. Customer Bookings

  • Customers do not need an account to make a booking.
  • Booking availability is set by the operator and may change without notice.
  • Payments for bookings are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Cancellation policies are determined by individual operators.

6. Payments

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. BookMobile does not store credit card information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund requests should be directed to the service operator.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you

8. Limitation of Liability

BookMobile is a platform that connects operators with customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by operators. BookMobile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
