BookMobile ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by PIGENAI LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at bookmobile.app and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Operator Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and payment information when you create an operator account.
- Customer Booking Information: Name, phone number, email address (optional), service address, and appointment details when you make a booking.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process bookings and payments
- To send booking confirmations and appointment reminders via SMS
- To notify operators of new bookings
- To communicate with you about your account or bookings
- To comply with legal obligations
4. SMS Messaging Program
Opt-in: SMS is strictly opt-in. When you make a booking, you must affirmatively check an unchecked "I agree to receive" consent checkbox displayed directly below the phone number field at Step 3 of the booking form. By providing your phone number AND checking this box, you consent to receive the following automated SMS messages from BookMobile:
- Booking confirmation — sent immediately when your appointment is booked
- Appointment reminder — sent approximately 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- Reschedule confirmation — sent if your appointment time changes
Message frequency: approximately 2 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Service Operators: Your booking details are shared with the operator you book with so they can provide the service.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Vercel (hosting) to operate the Service.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Booking records are retained for business and legal compliance purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@bookmobile.app. Operators can manage their account data through their dashboard.
